Rental Terms & Policies

We’re committed to providing a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish. Please review the following policies to ensure clarity around booking, delivery, and event day expectations.

By booking with Gemini Event Co., you agree to these terms and allow us to create a beautifully styled experience for your event.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

  • Remaining balance is due prior to your event date

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

Weather Policy

For outdoor setups:

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup location

  • In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to adjust setup when possible

  • We are not responsible for weather-related issues beyond our control

Delivery & Access

  • Client must ensure clear access to the setup location

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Long distances from parking

    • Stairs or difficult access points

    • Delayed setup windows

Customization Requests

  • Custom colors, styling, and special requests may be available for an additional fee

  • Requests must be made at least 10–14 days in advance

  • All customizations are subject to availability

Use of Images

We may photograph setups for portfolio and marketing use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion

  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated, when possible, based on availability

Setup & Breakdown

  • Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included unless otherwise noted

  • Setup area must be clean, clear, and accessible upon arrival

  • Any delays caused by site conditions may impact setup timing

Damage & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all rented items from delivery to pick up.

  • Items must be returned in the condition received

  • Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges

  • Do not move, alter, or dismantle installed items

Timing & Event Changes

  • Any changes to your order must be submitted prior to your event

  • Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees
